Dr Kristopher Lovell is an Associate Director of Enterprise at CU Services. He specialises in developing leadership courses tailored to the needs of SMEs and public sector organisations. As a Senior Manager within the Enterprise and Innovation Organisation, he is responsible for developing and driving strategy to support enterprise activities, supporting activities related to CPDs in support of the College of Business and Law. A key part of his role includes leveraging an internal and external network whilst providing high-level strategic leadership.
Formerly Assistant Professor and Course Director for MA History and Systems Thinking (Apprenticeship Route) at Coventry University, he has extensive experience in course development and design as well as over a decade of experience delivering teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
As a deaf academic and leader within Widening Participation, he is also passionate about ensuring and supporting accessibility and equality in educational programmes.
